Not one thing was positive about this stay

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I travel often enough to have stayed in plenty of hotels over the years. The mattresses were so thin and uncomfortable that getting a decent night’s sleep was nearly impossible. The hotel keeps the building extremely hot, and the air conditioning in the room barely worked, making an already miserable stay even worse. The pool was unacceptable. The water was murky, and parts of the pool surface were damaged with sections missing, leaving rough and sharp areas exposed. It looked poorly maintained and did not feel safe or inviting. The location was also very misleading. The hotel is tucked behind a gas station in an industrial area, and there were multiple homeless individuals outside the property. There was constant activity and noise outside throughout the night, making it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. The biggest disappointment, however, was the customer service. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and more focused on finding ways to charge extra fees than providing hospitality. I was told I would be charged additional fees for my daughter, who was simply waiting for a 2 a.m. flight. This made no sense considering I had rented a room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch, and not all of my children were even staying overnight or eating breakfast. For the price charged, the condition of the property, the uncomfortable rooms, the poorly maintained amenities, the questionable location, and the lack of professionalism from management are completely unacceptable. There are far better options available. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

The property was clean , the parking lot was okay 🙂 it does get full in night time , but other then that it was okay .

The room had a slight damp smell and breakfast was very limited.
