The parking lot was dark, no lighting. Couch in the room was dirty with heavy stains. The shower had mildew along the bottom edge. Also room was noisy from I35 traffic, in need of a buffer wall. Finally I requested for a receipt to be emailed and did not receive it.

The hotel has seen better days, and is not located in a picturesque part of town, but the room itself was very nice, clean and comfortable, and the staff -- Mona in particular -- was helpful when I needed them. And the price was right -- so I would look forward to staying here again on a future trip.
