Proximity to the conference we were attending. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Quiet.

The elevator was not working all weekend. We didn’t get notification until the day before check-in which was much too late to cancel without losing our money. Ground floor rooms were taken by the time we arrived. The type of room we had reserved was on the third floor which we weren’t up to dealing with after a 9 hour drive. Plus my husband had medical supplies to bring up in addition to luggage. We were put in a comparable room on the 2nd floor. The room was fine other than a roach that came out to say hello. Again, the staff was very kind and were not blaming them at all. It is what it is.

the location was good and the breakfast was decent except for the lady closed the doors while we were still getting food and wouldn't let us get more. there was plenty of food and we were the only people there at the time. It wouldn't have killed her to let us get a bagel.

The man at the front desk was very rude. We had booked through a third party booking website. The elevators were broken and we were on the third floor. I just recently had knee surgery and when we asked about maybe moving to the ground level we were told that he couldn't do that because of the third party booking and that it was ONLY 2 flights of stairs. He was not
