Comfort Inn Conroe

The location. I needed to stay in Conroe for work, and the hotel is basically on the highway + there's an iHop right next to it. The beds are comfortable. Wifi is very decent Most of the staff is very friendly and professional The pool is nice (although they open it at 10am, so the schedule is not as convenient if you want an early swim before going out)

1. They never replied any of my questions through Booking prior to my stay (all of my messages were ignored). 2. I had an issue with the tub/shower in my room. Both of the days of my stay I was commenting it to the reception, they were promising to fix it - and it was eventually never fixed. 3. The air conditioners are very loud (It's one of those huge boxes on the floor. I even called maintenance, and that guy mentioned it was their normal sound, so if you prefer a quieter version or centralized one, I'd check out other options). 4. There's no drinking water bottles included in the room. At the reception you're either offered to refill water with lemon from their glass jar, or to buy a small bottle for 3 USD (airport prices???).

The breakfast was great

Location is ideal, the property is kept very clean. The staff are friendly & helpful. This is the only place I stay when coming to Conroe to visit family.

So far I've been totally pleased with everything.

It was very clean although cable was not working throughout the last two nights of stay

I was charged a $36 fee for leaving early due to the inconvenience of them not having cable tv not working throughout building for two days. I thought they would have given me a credit or some type of incentive for their inconvenience. I needed up booking at another hotel.

Rooms was clean, good location.

Toilet was small and low.
