"Room smells like cigarettes"

Close to hospital

I asked for a quiet location. They gave me 2nd floor right next to the stairway (no elevator) which was ok, at the bottom of the stairs was the exit door to the back parking lot, that door was slamming all hours of the day and night. I could hear EVERYBODY stomping up and down the stairs. So much for a quiet room. I’ll never stay there again! 😩
