There was a very nice and understanding person at the desk at 3:00am. I had gone down to inform him of issues we were having-reaction to odors - hard to breathe. He said we could check out and would leave a note for the day clerk to refund the first night and cancel the six days we had reserved.

It seemed that the whole hotel had an odor. The room was dark. One pillow seemed not right and smelled, so she opened the zipper to find the inside pillow torn with smelly feathers loose. (See picture) Almost didn’t see stains on furniture since it was so dark, but did notice and took picture of it. May have gotten the worse room since we booked through booking.com—the view was the rooftop with a skylight of the pool room (see photo) didn’t help the less than fresh air being brought into the room.

More variety is needed for breakfast. Too many hotels have the same thing every day. Breakfast area was very pretty.
