"Front desk"

The older gentleman who was working Saturday checking us in was very rude. We showed and wrote down issues with room so we don’t get charged and he slammed the sheet down. We do know some Spanish and it was very saddening to hear workers talk.

The lobby was nice, the pool hours are later so that was nice too

"A place to sleep even if it smelled!"

We like location.

Pool was closed. Hot tub was closed. We had no notification of this. Room smells of smoke. We paid $25 for our dog. Breakfast was cold. No forks. Coffee ran out and stayed that way. No help to talk to about issues.

It was very, very dirty, there were no disposable slippers even to walk on that dirty floor, there was little lighting, the number card was already very worn out, which opened the door from 3-4 times
