Estudio con insuperables vistas al Mar: Aparcamiento

We stayed in the apartment with two kids. The sofa can be opened and used for sleeping, and the view is amazing. The kitchen is very tiny, but manageable.

Unfortunately, the apartment and the whole building are quite old and many things need renovation. The fridge is outdated and very loud during the night, which made sleeping uncomfortable. It is also almost impossible to reach the apartment with a buggy/stroller because the lift goes just from the beach but not from the parking. Sadly, we had a very bad experience during our stay. The bathroom door was already working poorly, and one night my husband got locked inside the bathroom for almost an hour because the door handle mechanism broke completely. It was a very stressful and scary situation. We tried everything to open the door, and finally managed only by spraying baby oil into the lock. I cannot imagine how traumatic this would have been if it had happened to our small daughter. There were several other issues as well. There is mold in the bathroom, and the smell is very strong. Because the wardrobe is located next to the bathroom wall, it was impossible to use it without the clothes absorbing the smell. There were also chemical dehumidifiers placed inside the wardrobe. I put there some clothes ina plastik bag, but those was smelly even 3 days later. Another unpleasant smell came from the shower drain and plumbing system in general. n that arere there are some troubles with a public sewerage system. So the smell around can be normal. We also felt that the balcony railing does not meet proper safety standards for small children, because the gaps between the rails are too wide.

Todo es increíble. El departamento es super cómodo, queda a metros de una playa publica con poca profundidad. La cama super comoda, la cocina completa. Todo confortable, un diez.

Las paredes estaban desconchadas de la humedad y el armario olía mucho a humedad. Cuando lo vimos nos dijeron que fue por las lluvias tan grandes que habían caído.

Bardzo ładny widok na morze, świetna komunikacja z uprzejmą obsługą apartamentu, dobre wyposażenie. Dostępne miejsce parkingowe.

Apartament nie był wywietrzony przed naszym przyjadem. Było czysto, ale panowała wilgoć, a z szafy czuć było zapach stęchlizny. Na ścianie w sypialni widać grzyb od wilgoci.

można trochę odświeżyć apartament a przede wszystkim wymienić niektóre półki , garnki, patelnie itp, niewielki nakład a efekt byłby dużo lepszy, również odbiór kluczy mógłby być ze skrzynki i z lepszym wytłumaczeniem jak trafić do apartamentu
