Super 8 by Wyndham Pocatello

The daytime staff was super friendly and the coffee was great (24hrs!! 🤗).

There was no level ground to take my dog potty. I'm disabled and the small areas to walk a dog were on hills.

The staff was friendly and the communication between them was spot on. I was supposed to be there on Wednesday evening and do to vehicle trouble i never arrive until Thursday morning at 6 am. I call the night staff and let them know I was going to be late. When I arrived the morning staff was aware of the situation and had everything ready and allowed me to have a late check out.

I wish I could have changed the dated on my reservation so I could have stayed to whole day and not just from 6 am to 1pm.

Apparentemente una camera bella e ampia, più ampia della media dei motel. Buona prima impressione. Ma davvero inaccettabile il rumore che fa il condizionatore (abbiamo sofferto il caldo perché non si può dormire con quel rumore) così come il rumore della doccia (non so che problemi possano avere le tubature e le pompe dell’acqua per produrre quel rumore), sia la doccia della tua camera sia quelle vicine. Credo sia indispensabile provare a porre rimedio. Forse non è così impossibile.

The front desk people were exceptionally helpful…Mark and James. The breakfast was good and very adequate unless you are gluten-free and dairy free and then there was nothing for those type of people. The bed was comfortable and moderately firm.

There was a cleaning smell in the room. Housekeeper used a spray that I was allergic to, so I had to open the windows and put on the fan to help dissipate it some. The sink counter top was very small.

We got what we paid for. Good night sleep, coffee, and it was only $25 for our dog.

Staff was great. Facility was clean but warn out.

It was affordable and decent

The towels and the room smelt like fried food. It’s an older hotel and has a strange smell. All sounds from above can be heard and kept us up most of the night.

Rooms are very clean, fully updated, and very comfortable

The breakfast is really basic
