Beds were great, room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was good with hot and cold foods.

Our room was near the pool or wasn't aired well as it felt musty

Location

The elevators screamed when opening and closing. The hallways smelled musty. Very dimly lit. Way too expensive for what we got.

When we checked into our room we discovered a used bar of soap in the shower and a thawed bloody steak in the freezer. The person at the front desk took care of it, but then at 3:30 AM we were wakened by loud music, called the front desk to complain. The music stopped for 30 minutes then started again. We called the front desk again and the music stoppped for the rest of the night. In the morning the hallways andelevator smelled like pot. I tried to contact the manager and didnotget any response. Terrible experience.
