Roomy and clean. Good breakfast.

It was convenient to the highway and there was decent coffee available.

The whole place (except the lobby) needs up dating. It was very dingy and felt dirty. Paint chipping on the doors and walls, dirty carpet. No elevator close to our room made it difficult carrying our luggage up to the 2nd floor. The breakfast was ok-The eggs were inedible (not sure if they were under done or what.) We chose this place based off of the pictures and they are very deceiving. For the price we paid we expected better.

I was charged for the room twice or I booked 2 rooms and I was charged for 4 rooms the hotel had on their reservation list 4 rooms in my name

Hotel was nice, I booked 2 rooms for 3 Guests but the reception indicated at check in that 4 rooms were booked in my name and charged to my Credit Card and I am requesting a back charge to my CC Regards Kkurt Hack

Items were not replenished during the breakfast serving hours. There was no orange juice the entire time we were there.

Checked in on 6/5 - tv would not connect to wi-fi - someone came very quickly to the room when we called about it, but she could not resolve (she said there were too many people using the WiFi??), and it inever worked, and no one reached out or committed to resolve. We had other family here in the same hotel, and they had the same issue, as well as their shower would not drain. Also, the pool and hot tub are both absolutely disgusting and could not be used - both were dark green and you could not see the bottom even in the shallow end - we did not see anyone in either the entire time understandably, and we did not use either due to the condition. On checkout day the hot tub had caution tape around it, which should have been applied to the whole area. The AC unit in our room clanged the entire time it was on, which made sleeping difficult. The room had bugs in it and the floor was sticky - I doubt it had been cleaned recently. I called the corporate number while at the property about these issues - was told I would receive a call in a week - of course that is too late to resolve anything. I guess this is how businesses run now. There was no issue in charging my credit card, however.
