I like the fact that we had security that patrolled the area because I was unable to unload my suitcases

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $100 deposit when I booked the room. There was no indication that I had to pay. I was told that I would get the deposit back upon checkout and it cleared my bank and I still haven’t received it back.

It was definitely a good value

Very runs down building.

Not much

The rooms had very dirty furniture, the toilet did not work properly and the grounds outside were full of dog poop and trash. Also there was a drive by shooting in the middle of the night

Was a wonderful experience.

1. When I checked in, the agent told me the fitness center was closed. I told her this was the ONLY reason I booked her hotel. She said that we could switch to another Quality Inn 20 miles away. I said that I had been driving 8 hours and din't want to move. She just shrugged. Later I found out the fitness center WAS open. 2. The pool was closed. BOTH of these factors should have been disclosed on booking. I NEVER would have booked. 3. The room was gross. Shower curtain was dirty, baseboards were dirty, towel rack was put in with nails,, no stopper in the sink (lost an earring), security lock on the door was loose (had to call someone) 4. Breakfast was good and the people were really nice, but that was the only thing positive. I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn again.
