Breakfast was the best we had so far.. Variety of good food just dining hall was cold i believe there was no heater

El servicio que me brindaron las muchachas excelente cervicio el cuarto nos gusto amplio bueno era de dos camas pero muy bien nomas que salimos temprano y un muchacho no nos dejó odtener almuerzo ya teníamos que salir y una senora después le pregunté porque mi esposo quería ella dijo que si pero mi esposo ya no quiso se nos asia tarde pero todo lo demás excelente muchas gracias

Que nos negaran el almuerzo antes de las 7 am faltaban 15 minutos pero es porque teníamos que ya salir para viajar

What a nightmare of an experience. Because of a snowstorm, I needed a place to sleep. I booked the room, got a confirmation, and my credit card was charged. Showed up, the front desk said they had no record. Showed my confirmation, they agreed it was correct, but because the front desk had already “batched out” at like 12:30 am, they said they couldn’t check anyone in until 3 pm. I spent over an hour there trying to either get checked in or reimbursed. Many late night travelers were turned away because they “couldn’t check in until 3 pm.” I finally went down the street to Red Roof Inn (at 2:30 am) and got a room in minutes. Skip this place. Go to Red Roof. I’ll never book a Quality Inn again.

Have heat in the eating area.

El desayuno, muy completo y de todo mi gusto... habitaciones confortables y limpias

NOTHING, I WILL NEVER STAY THERE.

THE ENTRANCE IS DIRTY AND HOT, THE ROOMS WAS NOT SWEPT, THE TOWELS HAD STAINS ON THEM AS WELL AS THE BED SHEETS. THE AIR IN THE ROOM WAS HOT CALLED AN ATTENDANT TO CHECK IT AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO THAT THAT IS THE WAY THEY WORK. THE FRIDGE IN THE ROOM DID NOT COOL AND TO TOP IT OFF THE HAD ONLY ONE CHANNEL WITH NOTHING BUT NEWS A ROKU WAS ADDED TO THE TV THANK GOD WE HAD PRIME AND OTHER APPS IMAGINE IF WE HAD NO APPS.

The rooms are clean.

But the rest of facility was very dry with a lot of trash and stains inside and out.
