Staff was informative, friendly. Location is quiet. We ate nearby restaurant Texas road house. Short drive in the morning to riverfront.

"Decent value for the price"

The hotel is conveintly located about 12 minutes from Forsyth Park and about another 6 minutes from River Street. It may not be right for some but after making some adjustments and with the staffs help, I was glad I stayed. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and I had an amazing nights sleep.

"Fool Me Once"

The building did not match what was on the website. Alot of outside cleaning and repairs need to be made it was a complete mess i did feel safe. Alot of transits appeared to live there. The only thing nice was i can honestly say the room was clean

Pet Friendly Nice lobby

Moisture Smell in room condensation very wet and damp no protein or fruit juice was horrible. The pool water did not look clean. Rooms furniture need deep cleaning chair in the room was disgusting and so were walls and floors.
