Brimslóð Atelier Guesthouse

Iwona was awesome, we switched from two nights to one night. Beautiful property, thin walls, gorgeous water view, comfy beds!!! An 1882 home made modern.

No TV.

Mooie locatie direct aan zee, goed ontbijt, lekker bed en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kookboeken konden we lezen, gelijk thuis een exemplaar besteld 😋.

Had een bericht ontvangen met verzoek om te reageren op het avondeten. Dag van te voren al gereageerd. Bij aankomst bleek het restaurant helemaal nog niet open te zijn. Gelukkig waren er alternatieven in het dorp. Inrichting kamer is wel erg sober, een paar kledinghaakjes en een stoel meer bijvoorbeeld was wel prettig geweest.

L’emplacement, la chambre, avec sa vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et les montagnes enneigées, sa terrasse, l’hôtesse qui nous a préparé un super petit dej qu’elle a laissé dans l’entrée…

We didn't stay at the guesthouse in th end as we got a message from the owner on the day of our stay to tell us that the 3 course dinner would not be available. As this was the main reason we had booked this accommodation we asked to cancel. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us a full refund for our stay which they were not obliged to do. This was excellent customer service and we'd definitely book this accommodation again if we are in that part of Iceland. We did visit the guesthouse and it is in a beautiful location right on the beach with the waves crashing in.

So liebevoll kleines Häuschen direkt am Meer . Bucht das Zimmer mit Meerblick, die Kosten lohnen sich. Ihr könnt mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen. Einem herrlichen Sonnenuntergang direkt vom Bett aus. So nette Gastgeber . Eine 10 mit Stern 🌟

Es gibt nichts
