Villa Andante Apartmenthotel

The room was spacious.

The bed was very uncomfortable. During a prolonged stay the room was not often cleaned.

It was easy to move from there to the city center and to the Hercules. The room was big and we had a nice view from our window.

Clean apartment with high quality furnishing. We enjoyed the area, a quiet residential area close to the Hercules Monument and Willhelmshöhe. Receptionist gave us some good restaurant tips. You can park at the property.

We hadn´t booked breakfast and could not change this when we arrived. In the end we found a bakery ca 1 km away from the property, so worked out too. But a little more flexibility would have been appreciated:)

Appartement was spacious, kitchen was well equiped and coffee was provided. Friendly host. Free ticket for public transport was provided.

Lightning was a bit too sharp in the living room. Shower in bathroom was dangerous for elderly people. Due to traffic noise window could not be opened during the night.

they don’t clean the apartment every day.

Note: despite what may be in its name, this is not what we might consider a hotel - it is more like a boarding house with some long term residents. It is run by a husband-and-wife couple who are very friendly and accomodating, but who are frequently not on site. So you will absolutely need a cellphone in order to contact them for check-in or any other questions that in a hotel would be handled by the reception desk.
