Ringe betjening ved indtjekning. Have i forvejen ønsket et specifikt værelse og havde modtaget konfirmering på dette pr. mail. Ved ankomsten var det ønskede værelse tildelt andre gæster! Ingen undskyldning, ingen kompensation - til gengæld fik vi et lille, mega koldt værelse til samme pris. Kommer ALDRIG igen og anbefaler absolut ikke dette hotel til andre! Alt for dårligt til prisen!
