Susana the host was just amazing. So warm and friendly, her recommendations were all fabulous and she went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, we even had a port tasting session with her on arrival. Just perfect.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, es ist ruhig und trotzdem nah zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zu vielen Restaurants. Wir empfehlen es unbedingt weiter und würden es wieder auswählen.

"Peaceful Porto Hotel"

Alberto was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. The location made it super easy to get into town and all the touristy areas but it was also so quiet and peaceful too. The pool was heated and the pool area was a great place to relax during the hottest time of the day. The hotels size meant that it often felt like you had the place to yourself! If you didn't want to go back outside for the evening, there's an honesty bar which has all the essentials you might need (including wine!). One of our favourite things was being able to have a morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony.

The only reason it's not a 10 is that we were on the ground floor nearer the reception so could hear people chatting coming in and out - but this was in no way noisy or annoying!
