Chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. La salle restaurant / petit déjeuner est très agréable.

Le jour de l'arrivée, l'accueil était glacial, on a l'impression d'embêter la réceptionniste. Je demande si je peux utiliser Bolt pour me déplacer, elle me répond oui. En fait BOLT est quasi pas utilisé à Eindhoven, faut prendre Uber. J'ai attendu 20 minutes sans jamais avoir de chauffeur BOLT. Sur le site il est indiqué que l'on peut réserver le SPA pour 1h et avoir accès exclusif. J'ai donc réservé à l'avance sur l'adresse indiquée et ai reçu la confirmation de réservation. Je me présente au SPA à l'heure réservée et deux dames sont nues dans le Wellness... embêtant :'( (autant pour elles que pour moi). Au niveau de la chambre, dans la salle de bain après 2 minutes l'eau de la douche déborde et rempli la salle de bain rapidement. Il faut éponger avec un essui... La chambre est très mal insonorisée, on entendait les gens marcher au dessus et dès que quelqu'un ouvre une porte dans le couloir, on entend.

The thought of staying in an old monastery was engaging. We saw an excellent repurposing of a very old and large building.

The decor in our room was spartan. That is a heritage of this place which need not continue! The breakfast was not particularly extensive, and there were no other eating places nearby.
