location in the city centre, staff was very nice

the light was broken, the water at the sink didn’t work, the room was very dark and the bathroom was very poor. we didn’t feel comfortable there, and there were big insects in the room

Good location, inside a compound in the Ubud art market.

The lock on the door was a joke. I actually got waked up in the middle of the night by a confused guest that from outside opened the door closed from the inside with minimal effort.
