"ESTAFADO POR EL HOTEL"

Utilizando el aparcamiento "vigilado" del hotel , sufrimos un robo en el vehículo del que nos percatamos al llegar a nuestro destino . al darnos cuenta de ello enseguida llamamos al hotel y primero nos dijeron que revisarían las cámaras de seguridad del aparcamiento , después nos dijeron que el aparcamiento " vigilado " no disponía de cámaras de seguridad solo disponía de " patrullas nocturnas " , por ultimo nos dijeron que pasarían un parte a su seguro y hasta día de hoy no hemos recibido respuesta alguna . PD: Revisar vuestros coches antes de abandonar el hotel ( sobretodo las cerraduras ). Ya que el hotel se lava las manos en este asunto.

Chambre à côté de l'ascenseur, mais sans nuisance par celui-ci. Chambre et salle de bain très grande : elle est très adaptée aux handicapés (je ne suis pas handicapée). Seule petit point négatif : absolument rien pour accrocher sa serviette de bain, ni près du lavabo, ni près de la douche.
