Jambuluwuk Thamrin Hotel

A warm welcome awaited us at the reception, with a fast and efficient check-in process. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of the first things that caught my attention was the pleasant fragrance throughout the lobby, creating a refreshing and inviting atmosphere. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having the room nicely cooled before our arrival and a personalized welcome message displayed on the TV screen. These simple gestures made our stay feel extra special. The lobby and restaurant are tastefully decorated, giving the hotel a warm and cosy ambience. Its location is another major advantage, situated in a quiet area while still being conveniently close to Jakarta's popular shopping destinations, including Thamrin, Tanah Abang, Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, and just a five-minute walk from Sarinah. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and this hotel will definitely be my first choice whenever I'm in Jakarta again.

Our air conditioning unit had a leak, and the maintenance team attended to it promptly. They responded quickly, resolved the issue efficiently, and ensured our stay remained comfortable.

The staff was amazing and the room was so spacious and big which is very good

Only thing maybe that there is only 1 lift available in the hotel but luckily u don’t have to wait a lot of time

The location was great. The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. Short distance walk to Sarinah and Garuda. Lots of hip cafes and street food aplenty .

The shower head in my room was clogged in certain spots making showering almost impossible. Took a long time to get cleaned properly. Also, it was noisy outside the room. I kept hearing knocking sounds that went on late into the night. As I am a light sleeper, I didn't get proper rest through out my stay.

Price is reasonable, room is big
