This place is normally a dormitory for college students, but during the summer, they rent it out to the public. The room itself was fairly small as expected, and you have to share a common room, but you have your own bathroom. If you're prepared for all of this, then it's great value. There's a Tesco Express close by, and this is within walking distance for a lot of stuff in the Cork city centre, which is why I booked it in the first place. You're not going to find room service or anything else at "normal" hotels, but that's okay for the price.

Student housing so dorm like situation. No air conditioning so room was very stuffy and limited amenities (I.e shampoo, hair dryer). Very small room. Was quiet during summer stay. Excellent location. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

Perfect spot in the middle of the city. Tesco next door and bars down the road

Excellent location, clean rooms, bed a little uncomfortable and too short for my partner where the cupboard is at the end of the bed. Rooms were warm but cool enough with the window open, unfortunately had to hear people coming back all night, loud voices and endless beeps from the card readers unlocking the gates and lifts. Wouldn't stay any longer

These are dorm rooms that are occupied for the summer. If you’re up for roughing just a little bit it’s a good deal!

This is not so much a hotel but a hostel in a sketchy neighbourhood. Loud, dirty room, and lots of damage in the room. Drunken fights in the courtyard in the middle of the night too made for a rough stay.

We arrived about 11.30pm. The reception was open and well lit. The hotel was easy to find and central. We were given instructions on how to find our room. We got to our room, lovely and spacious, however it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest- beds unmade, bin overflowing and wet towels on the floor in the bathroom. We went back to reception, the man apologised and took us to another room. The next room was fine; but it was about half the size of the first room which was disappointing. I also hadn’t realised this was student accommodation.

Great spot. Only problem is just one bed
