The room is lovely, the old palazzo is so charming, especially the ceiling! Very comfy bed and sofa, the view into the courtyard is lovely. Francesca was very accomodating and welcoming, check-in and -out was easy.

Our room was situated above the pasticceria, the loud kitchen noises at 6am were a bit much but we had the windows open. Probably not an issue with closed windows

For the second order, I also lived here for about 15 days. The location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and the transportation is convenient. The landlord is very warm and will provide timely help. The landlord takes the initiative to communicate and help clean the room once a week.
