La gentillesse du personnel. La superficie de la chambre et la piscine. Le service de laundry sur place ,la réservation de l excursion dans les dunes et aussi celui du taxi pour se rendre à la gare la plus proche.

La climatisation était trop bruyante et il manquait de parasols à l espace piscine. Le petit déjeuner pris le premier jour à l hôtel avec un choix limité. Et surtout, le quartier est en plein travaux et les plages environnantes ne sont pas praticables car très sales.

Fabulous location and amazing friendly staff. Huge, tidy room but no where to sit, could easily fit a small table and two chairs! All in all, lovely peaceful stay and lovely attentive staff.

Die Lage ist optimal. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das angebotene Frühstück ist für diesen Preis sehr günstig und sehr gut. Der Pool ist schön groß und sehr sauber

I had a really great experience staying here. What makes this place special is the people. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and truly caring. Even late at night, they quickly helped me solve the problem with the room and treated everything with patience and warmth. When I needed help, they were there without hesitation. Unfortunately, there are a lot of ants on the bed and in the toilet. They 're small, but somehow it 's frustrating . The room is large and spacious .

We really enjoyed our stay here! The ladies at reception were so pleasant and helpful in booking our sand dune tour. The hotel is near the food court and also near a few mini marts and pharmacies etc, and there is a cash machine less than 5 minute walk away. The bed was comfy and the room was very spacious.

The pool had a lot of bugs in when we got in it. We had a very big balcony but nowhere to hang clothes out to dry, a washing line or something would have been great.
