Domescapes in the Vines

Loved the venue. Doug the owner was unbelievably friendly, warm and accomodating, making you feel at home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The cheese platter waiting for you in your dome was such a wonderful touch, plus pizza delivered to our dome after an afternoon of wine tasting was so convenient.

Unique experience! Great wines and delicious cheese platter. They even pick up takeout pizzas for your dinner!

Every little detail was thought of and comfortable in every way. I started with a wine tasting at the cellar door which was a great opportunity to meet the hosts and made me feel welcome straight away. It is great to have hosts hands on, which ensures a good experience. The setting both inside and in the vineyard is so peaceful. Even with some rain, I woke to the stars and didn't need to go outside to see them. The voucher for breakfast is a nice touch and the location I chose received me warmly. I will be back when visiting this part of Tasmania. The hosts have created a gem of a tourist attraction.!

Doug from the swinging gate vineyard was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the wines during our tasting . He also delivered Puzzas to our Domescope to enjoy with his fabulous wine , sitting outside around the fire pit ,under the stars . It was perfect !!!!!!!
