Sigrid was a fantastic host! Always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams and a really tasty full english!

"Top tier B&B. Booked last minute. No regrets."

The breakfast was spot on. I got up late and wasn't planning on eating but the breakfasty aromas beckoned me to come and eat. Great selection and menu, broad fresh fruit selection, and lovely choice of bread for toast. Comfy bed, decent telly, decent unsuite shower and separate toilet. Host was pleasant and informative. Well deserved 5 star top tier rating. I don't normally bother with reviews but, merit goes where its due.

Lovely room, big tv, good bathroom. Tea coffee station with milk in outside fridge with extra bits. Lovely varied breakfast. Parking on site

"Excellent boutique style Bed & Brekfast"

A particularly nice welcome. A very well appointed en suite facility. A good sized and comfortable bed - very thoughtful and good quality ancillary furniture in the room. Very good breakfast. You can easily see why Rafters was awarded a 5 Star AA rating in 2023 - well done Sigrid!! Would make Rafters my first choice if I needed to stay in this area again. Peter May.

Excellent stay, the owner was nice, helpful; the property very beautiful, the quality of the furniture & equipment and fabrics was high standards; the deco was tasteful and relaxing; close to Oxford and other places for my work so great in that respect; also used the Redbridge Park and Ride a few miles away to go to Oxford centre for an evening-practical; property set back from main road with parking space and garden. No restaurant in the village but Abingdon town was a couple of miles away with a great choice of pubs and restaurants and plenty of space to park; will definitely recommend and go back
