The rooms were freezing and the duvet was very thin.

The place was very comfortable and suitable for travel

The owner is so friendly and helpfull, Maria is very humble and nice girl, the hotel is good and nice

There ia no lift to going upstairs, but the owner help us to bring the luggage as well

Small,cozy, and very clean. With great location. The most importantly it was very quiet. I had an issue with the AC in the first room, but hosts quickly changed my room to a different one where AC was properly working. Room had all toiletries. Hosts were very friendly and supper helpful. I had a stomach ache once , they were so sweet and found me a pill even. Thanx for that.

Rooms have different furniture, the one I stayed at had an old one. But since it was clean and bedsheets were fresh it was compensating it.

The place where the hotel is situated is very close to the Rustaveli metro station, but it is still very calm and quiet neighbourhood. The cleaning was every day. Owner was very warm and welcoming.

The bedclothes was smelling bit as cigarette smoke.

Great location near Rustaveli, where McDonalds', Luca Polare, and other cafes/restaurants are in 2-minute walk from the hotel, so you can always get some food nearby. There is an amazing mountain-city view from the window, and it is super quite in this area with birds signing all the time. The stuff members speak several languages and are very friendly, and I could check-in early in the morning without any issues. I had really heavy luggage, and the hostess helped me carry it upstairs to my room and then downstairs during the check-out. The room is clean, and the towels are changed daily. While there is no wardrobe in the room, there are several chairs and clothes hangers, so you will have some space to put your things. The shower does not have the curtain, but it is big enough (at least for me) not to make the whole bathroom wet when showering. For those who struggle to walk uphill, it might be a bit difficult to get to the hotel, but this was not an issue for me
