"Not convenient for international travel"

The room was nice and the staff at reception amazing.

The location and how difficult it was to reach it with heavy suitcases. It was a bit far from the train station

"Very disappointed! 😔"

The location is perfect!

The mattress made a terrible noise with every movement; you couldn't even shift in bed. The curtains were broken and hanging down (it looked awful). We were put in a room designed for wheelchair users—I felt sorry for them; when you're tired and arrive at a room with issues, you often end up staying without complaining. In the bathroom, the shower seat was supposed to be white but was a dirty, creamy color... 🥺😢

I was very pleased with the stay. Felt very welcome, safe and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and a pleasure to be around. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly- I enjoyed the stay and have listed it in my vacation travel notes for future trips to Atlanta.

"Affordable on the Skytrain."

On Skytrain. Nice clean rooms, good bathroom with big shower.

Among the hotels on the Skytrain, this requires the most walk, although not too bad.
