Staff very friendly

Breakfast was cold, i would suggest they use hot plates for the Bacon, Sausage, Hash Browns and veg that was left out

The hotel was very well placed with easy access to the river front, parks etc. The staff were most attentive and a great help all were excellent. One of the great features was the roof top pool and bar. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Property was clean and beautiful. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom area was also new and clean. Staff was really cordial and cooperative. Around the hotel there was restaurants and all daily needs were easily available.

Found this hotel online. So pleased we chose it! Lovely welcome with a cold drink on arrival. Room was fabulous. We chose a junior suite. Everything in the room was perfect. The pool area was great. Given it was 34 degrees each day, an afternoon swim was most welcome! It's covered but you can open the massive sliding windows so you're indoors but also feel like you're also outside. Extra towels provided for the pool too. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. Only gripe was that the 'hot' food was cold. Eggs, beans etc all luke warm at best. We loved our stay here!

Location excellent, very central yet quiet. Super clean. Staff exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable (especially Adam). Breakfast was lovely. Everything we needed was in the room and it all worked. I am a regular swimmer and the pool was excellent. Quiet, clean, the right temperature and with very good changing facilities and excellent views

Corridors and our room were pretty dark. Lighting muted and dark wallpaper meant a bit gloomy. Our room was on 1st floor overlooking central courtyard so no view to speak of
