oda ve otelin tamamı rutubet kokuyor. banyodaki küfleri bizzat gördüm. otelin yakınında sakatat ve balık pazarı var, camı açamıyorsunuz leş gibi kokuyor, havalandırma yok. odalar fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değil herşey eski ve kirli. bu pisliğin içinde 4 saat kalabildim, sabah 5 de çıkıp gittim.

Big city and historical aspects were the most important for staying in Adana, not more, the hotel annoyed me a lot!😞

I called the hotel in 27_Aug if they confirmed my reservation, cause i didn't have enough money on my card to pay and confirm and told the hotel i will pay at the property. they told me very generously that there is no problem and they wait for me. So I was very thankful. But in the morning they send me a massage that it could not be confirmed unless I pay all the money. So I went to the bank and rechared my card and confirmed the hotel reservation by booking.com app. And it was about 600 Tl less than what they wanted!! After that, they send a massage that I should cancel my reservation and pay at the property!! When I received the hotel at 23 o'clock, they told me my reserved room is sold to another person and I should cancel my booked room! I told them it it was your mistake and you should have a compentence! After too long discoution, they were convinced to give me new rooms by the same price! The rooms were very dirty and old facilities and not suitable, but I didn't have more choices at that time. Tomorrow morning the hotel manager called me to move to the new room, the excat room that I had booked! It was good and polit and good firnitured. But totally, the class of this hotel, according to all aspects and in the most crowded zone of Adana, is not more than 5

Central in a lively area, a hotel with lots of character, with very attentive and helpful staff, at a very good price.

Decor could do with a little update.
