RSAM Beach Resort by Cocotel

Beach closed at 7pm and the pool at 10pm which I don't like since we started to swam late night. Cafeteria had a limited offer. Most of their menus are not available.

Clean

The staff and owner are very personable and will go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as they can make it. In fact the owner, Sir Randy, arranged a tour of a sugar cane field when he learned my son wanted to try fresh sugar cane for the first time in his life. Transportation, walking tour, fresh cut canes we're are provided by a an experienced and friendly sugar cane grower. Can't beat that (with a sugar cane stick)!

More fresh fruit drinks for the kids would have been nice.

I paid $400 per night for 2 rooms. Very old and not updated. The toilet sink was outrageously dirty and rusty. No toilet paper. The air condition was old and noisy and not cooling. The rooms supposed to have swimming pool view, which didn’t. The road to the facility was through small village which was broken up. The swimming pool was dirty and full of sand and insects. No amenities or close by restaurants. We had to drive 30 minutes to the closest McDonald. Highly not recommended if you are willing to pay $200 per night

Place, room& cleanliness.

The beach shore is dirty. Lots of garbage. The property owner should clean the area .

No extra outlet for charger. Bathroom smells bad. Toilet not flushing properly. Had to request for bucket and mug

The place is clean..The price is just right for the type of place and the type of food being served.The staff are nice.

We didnt get the comfort we were expecting. Didnt reach expectation for the restaurant and food We did not have a good sleep becuase the window type Aircon was so noisy.

Very clean and comfortable My family enjoyed the stay Staff are so helpful and always smile.

Just a little hassle on the water during showering. Can't supply all the rooms once it goes in all at once.
