The staff was nice.

The place is filled with crack heads. Every time we stepped out the door a lady was outside on the ground shaving her legs and smoking then a guy and his chic had crack pipes outside when we got back in. I accidentally booked this place for the second time because I forgot the name of it but this time it smelled better than the last stay. There is nowhere to eat in the area nor is it anything to do. I had to mark this place as do not book so I won’t forget. The staff is very friendly. But it’s a no for me and the hubby.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds.. the staff were friendly and helpful

The people utilizing the weekly stay rooms were drunk and passed out in the grass outside of our room making my kids uncomfortable and making it hard to enjoy the balcony also they offered my 14yr old daughter beer out by the pool.. 🤦‍♀️

bob the guy at the front desk was very nice during check in

the whole place is filthy, painted like a slum lords rental property with foul odor throughout. the bed sheets had stains. they gave us 2 double beds even though we ordered a king suite. then my girlfriend went to the bathroom and there was a cockroach on top of the mirror. they refused to refund our stay because house keeping didnt find any roaches even though i have a picture of the cockroach we saw. i wouldnt be leaving a bad review had they processed a refund but if youre going to do bad business i will tell the truth about it. i was very kind about our issues and didnt cause a scene or say any of these things until other customers left the lobby and they still refused to work with me on this.

Got to my room around 5pm and next door there was boombox playing Latin music and the smell charcoal from their bbq at the patio. Asked to changed room and was denied. Towels are as smooth as 50 grid sand paper, floors sticky, and as bonus left with several insect bites on the back of my neck, likely from the mattress.
