Aruci b&b

It is a short walk to Ortygia and Parco Archeologico. Parking on the street. We loved the balcony on the roof top. The place was clean and quiet.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizione strategica e comoda per raggiungere i principali punti turistici di Siracusa (15 minuti a piedi). Personale gentilissimo. Pulizia top. Camera bella. Bel bagno. Colazione: ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Solo dolce, va detto (no salato). Ma per noi era perfetta cosi.

Un établissement moderne avec une climatisation excellente

Le manque de chaleur humaine. Nous n’avons vu personne.

O B&B é bem equipado, limpo, arejado, moderno. O quarto no 1º andar é de bom tamanho, tem sacada e um ótimo e espaçoso banheiro. A rua é tranquila e a vizinhança silenciosa. Conseguimos estacionar na rua a qualquer hora, sem cobrança. O café da manhã é variado e suficiente o bastante.

A internet só funcionava bem no andar térreo. Se você estiver a pé dependerá de transporte público, pois tanto Ortígia quanto o Parque Neápolis ficam a 25 min de caminhada (ir tudo bem, o duro é voltar já cansado). Se você tem certa idade peça o apartamento térreo, já que a escada em caracol pode ser limitante.

Trop d’escalier

Nicely renovated older house in one of the narrow streets. The streets are very quiet and you can park your car comfortably. Every morning the owner prepares a small breakfast for each room separately. The owner is pleasant and smiling and everything went without a problem.

When checking in you have to write the exact time of arrival, the owner was not there but arrived exactly as agreed. She only spoke Italian but we agreed on everything important via Google translator. Overall I rate the conversation with the owner and the accommodation very positively.

The property was fully renovated and at a very convenient location. The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was decent, and left in separate plates for each room, but was actually self service.

We were met upon arrival by the cleaning lady who gave us our keys. We didn't meet the owner until the day we left and that was by chance, so we left her the keys. Also, there was nobody during breakfast in case we needed something, i.e. it took us some time to get the espresso machine to work. We would have liked more interaction with the owner as it would have been more hospitable. I assume a reason is that she doesn't speak English.

Sam obiekt jest utrzymany średnio ale podróżując po tym kraju widać że to normalne we Włoszech , kamienice obdarte i śmieci na ulicach , pokoje w obiekcie czyste , ale pewne usterki w pokojach , zwłaszcza w prysznicach...

Niestety śniadania nie spełniły naszych oczekiwań.Były bardzo ubogie , żadnych serów , wędlin , jajek , nic na gorąco , same drożdżówki ,bułki w jednorazowych opakowaniach, dżem , płatki i mleko.... nie są to standardy Europejskie , w Polskich apartamentach takie śniadanie na pewno nie byłoby przyjęte... Późne zameldowanie (18.00).... jak nikt nie może cię przyjąć wcześniej powinni podać kody do drzwi lub umówić się na odbiór klucza w innym miejscu , sama prowadzę wynajem apartamentów w Polsce i nie mogę pozwolić żeby gość czekał godzinę czy dwie bo to niestety nie jest dla niego miłe....
