Beach & King Street Inn

The inn is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

No access to the kitchen, no fridge in room, but provided cooler with ice

Everything. Perfect location, overlooking front beach perfectly. A traditional house with beautifully decorated rooms, very comfortable. Superb window views overlooking the beach, and sleeping with the sound of waves was the extra touch in a relaxing outing. And of course, Tim is such a kind and knowledgeable host, a long time Rockport local who right from the start shared everything there was to know about places to go, and eat. Greatly appreciated the stay.

The view from my window was spectacular. The downstairs living room fireplace was warm and inviting.

It was extremely clean, the room was beautiful and overlooking the ocean, the area is peaceful with a fantastic little town, vibe, and the gentlemen who owns the b&b was so kind. Close to Salem

It was a bit pricey.

Tim was very communicative and the inn was cozy. He upgraded us to a room with a view of the ocean after a customer cancelled which was so nice. The location was convenient and within walking distance to town.

The location was perfect, it was a short walk to bearskin neck.

We would have preferred a king bed.
