Wat een mooi hotel met een fantastisch uitzicht, een mooi binnenzwembad en sauna... En een gezellige bar bij het restaurant waar je ook goed kan eten!! Zeker een aanrader!! Leuke avond gehad in de bar!! Zeer vriendelijk personeel....

Zwembad buiten heeft wat liefde nodig:-)

La struttura ha un grande potenziale, sull oceano, con 3 piscine una interna e due esterne di cui una di mare. Presente anche la sauna, un ristorante ottimo e un bar. Letti comodissimi, stanze profumate. È sicuramente un'ottima struttura in cui alloggiare al nord dell isola

La ragazza alla reception ci ha comunicato che avremmo avuto la colazione inclusa sebbene io le abbia detto che ero stupito in quanto dalla prenotazione non lo era! Pensavamo fosse un upgrade. Quindi la mattina siamo andati a fare colazione ma ci è stato comunicato che sarebbe costata 10 euro a persona. Abbiamo comunicato tutto l accaduto e hanno quindi verificato con la reception e offerto la colazione ma il giorno dopo ci hanno fatto pagare. Tutto giusto ma ci siamo rimasti male nei modi sicuramente educati ma davanti a tutti gli altri ospiti.

Die Lage wäre für die Sommerzeit perfekt. Innenausstattung ist optisch modern.

Flecken auf Bettwäsche bei Ankunft, wurde nach Reklamation behoben. Badfenster defekt, konnte man nicht richtig öffnen und schliessen. War dadurch nachts sehr kalt im Bad. Wasserabzieher für den Duschboden wäre empfehlenswert. Personal ist unaufmerksam, Kopf meist unter der Rezeptionstheke versteckt. Frühstück ist für den Übernachtungspreis eher schlicht. Wenig und qualitativ schlechtes Obst. Nur 1 Kaffeeautomat für alle Gäste. Frühstücksraum hat kein schönes Ambiente. An den Duschen im Pool- und Saunabereich kann die Temperatur nicht geregelt werden. Schließfächer teilweise defekt.

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and felt spacious with a wonderful balcony facing the sea (very close). The inside pool and sauna are great.

Breakfast is a little underwhelming but it does the trick. Although the thick glass keeps most sounds out, you can still hear the waves. I wasn't bothered by it though but consider it if you must have a dead silent room while you sleep.

Tolle Lage, fantastische Aussicht, mehrere Schwimmbecken, großer Outdoor Pool.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel/Rezeption war eher unbefriedigend. Keine Antwort auf Anfrage vorab. Die Rezeption war am Anreisetag nach dem Check-in nicht mehr besetzt und nicht mehr erreichbar.

Lage am Atlantik ist sehr schön!

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bad wurde nur auf Anfrage gereinigt.
