"Frustrating check in but nice place"

Big problem with check in. Booking.com lists the check in at 15:00 but the staff told us check in wasn’t until 16:00. Not sure where the disconnect was but we had to wait in the lobby for an hour to get our room or pay an additional $20 fee to get an early check in. Very inconvenient.

"Everything was great except for the train!"

I loved the proximity to the Hualapai Hilltop. I liked being able to store my electronics safely while I was in the Grand Canyon. The staff were great! They were having some technical difficulties, but got it worked out very professionally.

The TRAIN! The train went by EVERY 30-60 minutes blaring its horn over and over again. Even with the complimentary earplugs, the train was easily heard and kept us up all night. I don’t know if another room would have prevented this, but it made it extremely difficult to get a good night of sleep prior to our big hike.

La piscina y el spa

Nos cobraron de más. Y no fue posible recuperarlo por la inacción de Booking. El ruido de los trenes hace muy difícil dormir. Es tal el ruido que en la recepción regalan tapones para los oídos.

Very nice property, staff was absolutely amazing!!!

Train tracks right behind the property but staff let me know right away and provided ear plugs.
