Staff needs improvement. They treat customers like if they were doing free favors when the customer is paying the stay, the food, the drinks everything. If it wasn’t for the great conditions the hotel has the review would be 2 stars overall. The hotel amenities are great.

Nice place but I am a smoker and there is no smoking area that is protected from the cold and rainy weather. A smoking area with a roof over it would make this place much better
