The musty smell in the 8th floor apartment

Location was with walking distance of restaurants and Southbank

The property was very, very basic. There was men’s beard all down the wall of the shower. No signage at all to find the property.

Bad cleaning practices, dirty and damaged pans, broken oven, flies in the bathroom, not enough ammenities. first night the neighbours were having a party and smoking heavily and all the smoke smell came inside and kids couldn’t sleep , I tried reporting to the night manager but no one picked up the call . Next morning that manager called back half asleep and I could hear he’s in toilet with the noise echoing and more over the phone. Asked him to move us but he couldn’t as they were full Hallway carpet smell like someone vomited, Not recommended at all .

Room 801 was run down. Bathroom door broken, oven not working and the place smelt bad

Location and parking were excellent. washer and dryer worked well

the beds were extremely uncomfortable, poor pillows. The carpeted floors were stained, the lino/ floor board tiles were warped in the hallway. Minimal crockery, cups, cutlery, no oven trays. The bathrooms were tired and the shower screen frames and shower panel frames needed a good clean.
