Geen persoonlijke checkin, hoewel beloofd. Geen kingsize bed, hoewel geboekt. Ontbijt = iemand gooit 2 zakken brood neer in de ontbijtruimte. Geen kaas, vlees of ander beleg. Er is smerige sinaasappelsap, thee en 1 smaakje jam. That's it. Schoonmaken is daar nog nooit gedaan. Trap er niet in zoals wij.

Dated, old, tatty flooring just not a nice place

Nice bright room, comfortable bed and a great water pressure for a shower.

Owners mom was delightful very helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were cleanish but basic. Great position on sea front.

Breakfast let place down. Not continental at all. Cheapest products were used with no taste and no sign of replacement pastries . No jugs for milk so shared bottle milk out fridge with guests. 1 option jam or marmalade that's it. Carpets stairs was very very dirty not clean at all. Been like it for while. Owner came in with her son whilst having breakfast ignored all guests there , the son lovely said hello but owner nothing not good impression. None rooms soundproof.

Bed was very comfy and room was a good size.

The room was VERY dusty. There was a thick layer of dust on the bedside tables. So much so I had an allergic reaction.

Immaculately clean, really comfortable bed, the honesty bar was a great idea. Slept incredibly well and check-in/check-out very straightforward. Great value overnight stay

Only a tiny thing, wasn't really an issue for us, but the TV didn't work
