Villa Syrah

Beautiful villa, very spacious, HUGE!!. There were seven of us. Every mod con. Kitchen very well equiped. Pool a good size. Beauifully equiped and decorated.

Location, was a long walk into puerto de la cruse.and the main hub, resturants etc. Heavy realiance on taxis to go out for evening meals. Just a couple of resturants nearby, one which was not open at begining of week, and when it was, closed at 9.00 pm!!! And steak house very expensive, michelen star, not suitable for families unless you have plenty of cash. Walk downhill to local beach Porta Brava; but a killer of a Hill back to Villa. Reccomend a car unless your fit to walk up!. LIDLs nearby, but again, very steep hill up to it, need a car. Would have benefited from an information sheet for use of electrical appliances and kitchen equipment. A book or something giving instructions on cooker/oven etc would have been helpful and saved time in trying to work out "how things operated". A Visitors diary would also have been helpful, especially for families, taxis, local shops, places to visit etc. Tips etc would be helpful to families.

The villa's location is fantastic — away from busy areas with breathtaking views and a great heated pool. It is very spacious and includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as amenities such as a billiards table and a basketball court in the backyard. The backyard also features a BBQ grill and a full-sized dining table for family gatherings. We enjoyed our time both at the villa and walking into town to explore its many restaurants and bars. Loro Parque is just nearby - awesome! The host was very friendly and helpful. We loved our experience, plus there’s a two-car garage in the basement. :)

The weather was average, everything else was 100% great.

Such a great property and nice communication! We enjoyed the huge space (4 adults and 2 kids), so we used: 1 Master bedroom 1 Double room 1 2 single beds room 1 office with desk + adjacent bedroom for kid’s midday sleeps The downstairs playroom and gym Parking (fitting 2 cars leisurely) The pool (a bit cold even when heated - end of Jan) 10 min walk to Loro Park and the beach, 15 to the closest playground by the beach, 10-15 min walk to nice restaurants, nice black sand beach close by. I was really amazed with all the facilities from the amazingly stocked kitchen to the playroom games and gym. It seemed to us we were living there not just passing by.

Good to know for traveling families with small kids that there are only 2 bedrooms side by side if you sleep in separare room yet close by to your kid. As we were 2 such families, one of us had to take the master bedroom and the kid unfortunately (for us) slept on the coach, while there were 3 more bedrooms that could have been used (the bedrooms set up could be a bit better explained with some detailed floor plans). It was also a bit cold (end of Jan), but we took advantage of the electric heater, as we knew from the comments. Also worth mentioning the 140 or so stairs to reach street level or the quite steep street for pedestrians. I have a knee issue, we used both car and by foot short trips. A bit of noise midday from the baseball games, thankfully all windows had shutters.

La amplitud de toda la casa, pero sobre todo el patio, la cocina y el salón de juegos. La piscina climatizada es guay

Las sartenes tienen el revestimiento muy desgastado y el fuego grande de la cocina no reconoce ninguna sartén. El jacuzzi no pudimos ponerlo (el mando a distancia no funcionaba)

Brilliant Villa. The Pool was amazing, all the facilities in the Villa were top class, any issues Angelica was there to help.

Villa przerosła nasze oczekiwania. Jej wyposażenie było kompletne, nie brakowało niczego a rzeczy jak sztućce, talerze były nawet zdublowane. Niektórych pomieszczeń nawet nie odrylismy bo brakło nam czas. Było super czysto, pościel i ręczniki czyściutkie.

W opisie Villa ma wpisane, że obiekt jest klimatyzowany ale klimatyzacji nie ma sa tylko wiatraki i uważam ze ten opis powinien byc poprawiony
