Magnuson Hotel Sand Springs – Tulsa West

The location was convenient and the staff was friendly.

The room was gross. There was food stuck to the wall. The toilet paper holder was missing and the toilet paper was sitting on the floor. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag.

There was no elevator to the second floor.

The price.

The property felt unsafe. Breakfast was not as advertised. Sheets on the beds were not properly washed, if washed at all. The rooms smelt horrible of cigarette smoke. Smoke detectors were covered. Walls and carpet were dirty. Sinks and tubs were broke and had cigarette burns on the side.

We had a nonsmoking room booked ahead of time and when we arrived you said we need to take a smoking room . We said no the room smells horrible strong . We asked for our money back but you refused!

That was clean.

My room was clean and in good condition. I did not eat any breakfast.Just a cup of coffee. I would suggest that you offer some kind of protein.Some yogurt or hard boiled eggs. The only choices were oatmeal, cereal waffles, bananas and orange drink.
