Chambre confortable et très lumineuse, bon lit double, une terrasse privée + une semi-partagée et accès direct au rooftop avec vue sur les toits et volcans au loin, bon wi-fi, bonne douche réglable, proximité petite place, ambiance pension de famille sans les repas. Bon accueil

Musique du bar voisin très forte jusqu'à tard dans la nuit (vendredi et samedi)

Sehr freundliche & engagierte Gastgeberin, die uns bei Ankunft ausführlich mit allen Infos rund um die Unterkunft & Puebla versorgt hat (auf engl). Die Unterkunft hat großzügige Gemeinschaftsräumlichkeiten und -Terrasse. Unser Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse im 2. OG war sehr geräumig. Wir mochten den Einrichtungsstil sehr.

Das Bad in unserem Zimmer war etwas altmodisch und teils ein wenig unpraktisch ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten - aber funktional vollkommen ok!

Lack of water pressure in the shower

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro. hay agua y café disponible lo cual es un plus. Cerca quedan algunas paradas de bus y combi lo cual ayuda mucho al ahorro. El ambiente es tranquilo y se siente seguro. Además de que los anfitriones dan recomendaciones de los lugares.

Das Personal war einfach super. Der Besitzer hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und sogar einen Freund von uns für zwei Stunden auf dem Parkplatz parken lassen, bis wir weitergezogen sind. Sehr entgegenkommend, alles sauber, zentrale Lage (abends aber plötzlich komplett leer, da sehr zentral, lieber mit Uber bewegen). Tagsüber ist es wunderschön. Preis-Leistung top.

Der einzige Grund ist wirklich der Lärm. Wir waren am Wochenende dort und unsere Zimmer lagen wahrscheinlich direkt neben einer Bar oder einem Pub/Restaurant. Es war sehr laut (Live-Musik/Karaoke/Musik) bis ca. 3 Uhr morgens, auch mit Ohrstöpseln. Diese wurden uns bereits netterweise bei der Ankunft angeboten und wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass es laut werden kann. Dafür war es am Sonntag aber doch relativ still.

The Dear is more like a boutique hostel, or staying with a friend. The house is really lovely and everything is of a very high standard. The room was spacious and comfortable and the shared bathroom was just next to us so not really an issue. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Lots of common areas, rooftop terraces and two lounge areas as well as a small garden. Everything is kept very clean and the location is very convenient for the historical centre. Good communication and the hosts are very well organized for your arrival. If traveling by bus arrange travel to the bus station near the accommodation, its much more convenient than the main CAPU terminal.

Noise fairly persistent from a nearby bar at the weekend.
