部屋が清潔でよかったです。浴室と部屋の段差が大きいので下りるのに注意が必要です。朝食がないのですが、富士駅南側はコンビニなどがちょっと離れているのと駐車場も有料パーキングなので、車で来ている人はそのままチェックアウトする感じになると思います。

フロントの方が笑顔で気持ちの良い応対でした。お値段を考えるとお部屋の設備も満足ですが、唯一トイレの便座が小さ過ぎてびっくりしました。

旅行の中継の宿泊だった為、チェックイン23時30分、チェックアウト4時50分とゆっくり過ごせなったので残念でした。 寝心地良いベッドでした。 チェックアウトもルームキー🔑をボックスへ入れるだけでスムーズになっていて良かったです。

"衛生的に残念だった"

犬同室可の部屋にしたので、ある程度は理解(覚悟)はしているつもりだったが、入室時から感じた匂いは最後まで慣れなかった。 風呂の水を貯めて流した際に、ユニットバスのトイレ側の排水皿から黒い汚れをともなって逆流。 不衛生であった。
