Welcoming staff who kindly arranged Da Nang airport transfers efficiently, spacious and clean rooms, free bike hire, lovely chilled vibes outside of the old town

8-10 min grab out of town which suited me but to bare in mind if you want to be close to the centre

Convenient access to the Ba Le market and many local businesses. Good restaurant with a variety of menu choices on site and free breakfast. Staff moved our motorbikes in at night and were always gracious and helpful.

Wifi is a bit weak but it is adequate.

Located close to anything in town. Beaches, cafes, rice fields, old town are within 5m on the bike. Actually located on one of the rice paddies, so you can walk or run in the morning and enjoy the nature Owners are nice people

Out of my 6 stays in Hoi An, this one had the less value for money. Pretty outstanding room which is the part of the larger rental house, not too much sunlight so it’s pretty damp. Also had some issues with electricity, so when you put the charger into the socket it started to spark and crack. Only one of the sockets worked well. Good overall but this city has a lot of better options.

Perfect location right between Old Town and beach. The bicycles were great to ride around town and the rice paddies. The food was great with plenty of delicious vegetarian options.
