Nunca tuve trato con el gerente y no respetaron mi reservación, perdí una de las 2 noches q pagué y la otra me rehubicarón pésimo servicio

nunca nos dieron el servicio, se perdieron las dos noches y nunca se pudo comunicar con el dueño y en hoteles.com nunca pudieron dar solución no les recomiendo ni el hotel, ni la pagina.
