Not clean Broken things. Dirty clothes left in drawers. Wrappers in night stand . Lights not working Jacuzzi not working Sent an email but no one ever got back to me

Asked for sheets for spare bed, didn’t get it. There was no hand soap in the room. Had to use body wash. Wife ordered from there food service thing, and it showed two hours later and soggy
