Искала в Тбилиси что-то не сетевое. Хотелось аутентичного, чтобы соприкоснуться с историей и культурой. И этот гостевой дом - кажется, лучшее, что можно найти в Тбилиси. А я пересмотрела множество вариантов, представленных на этом сайте. Антикварная мебель, идеально вписанная в интерьер. Предметы интерьера, которые хочется рассматривать. Старинное фортепиано, мне как пианистке это было особенно тепло и ценно. При этом - по быту все очень комфортно, никаких посторонних запахов, везде идеальная чистота, удобные матрас и подушки, уютный балкончик с колоритными ставнями, терраса, где можно расположиться для ужина. Кухня, кофе, чай. Сердечная хозяйка, которая всегда готова ответить на вопросы. Достаточно тихий, спокойный район. Рядом - метро, проспект Руставели. Почти везде можно дойти пешком, я почти не пользовалась услугами такси. Отдельная благодарность за встречу в аэропорту - мне было важно, я впервые в Грузии и хотелось не волноваться за поиск такси и обмен валюты. В общем, когда вернусь в Тбилиси, ничего другого даже искать не буду. Для меня идеально.

Lia o kadar kibar o kadar anlayışlı ve yardımsever bir ve sahibiydi ki. Öğlen check out yapmamız gereken saatten daha fazla geç çıkmamıza rağmen bize çok yardımcı oldu. Hem havalimanı taksi konusunda hemde evde ki herhangi bir ihtiyacımızı karşılama konusunda çok ilgili ve nazik bir hanımefendi. Kendisine tekrardan çok teşekkür ederiz. 房子非常漂亮，地理位置很好，lia很热情地接待了我们！我所住的房间有一个小露台，可以看到老城街景，整体非常舒适，入住体验很棒！

Very friendly owner. Central location. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Owner very helpful. Full kitchen facilities and balcony. Clean towels every day. Ideal if you are an independent. Old and unique Georgian house.

Nice location in the city center, local charm, and access to the facilities, including the shared kitchen and balcony. Very friendly personnel who helped me to park the car in the inner yard since I have asked for a place for it. I could also get answers to my questions (sometimes with google translate), borrow scissors and arrange for an extension of my stay when I had a change of plans.

Getting there by car was complicated since the address leads to a very narrow street where you can't park. It would have helped me a lot to have more detailed instructions on getting there by own car or a location to stop on the bigger street. You are greeted by the hosts when you enter the space, and if you come later at night, you need to wake up somebody to enter the house, since there are no keys for the front door. Which is no problem during the day, but feels a bit uncomfortable at night.

Lia is a lovely host, she arranged for a shuttle for me at 5am from the airport and let me check in early. The location is perfect, walking distance from the bus stop and the old town and all the best restaurants! Her home is beautiful and has a balcony among the trees to sit and relax in.

Super hospitality, beautiful and clean home to live. I loved it!
