Beach Bliss Apartment with Pool

The Pool was in a terribe state and very dirty. We were very disapponted in the unit considering the cost it was.

The location was ok. The TV and kitchen appliances were fine. underground parking was good.

The overall cleanliness of the unit was poor. The floor had food stains with dirt ingrained. There was mold on the curtains. The fans were full of dirt and grime. The bicycles suppled were very poor. One bicycle could not be used as the tires would not hold pressure. The bicycle pump did not work. The barbecue area was very dirty and had not been cleaned for a very long time. In order for us to use the deck area we had to sweep and wash the floor due to food stains around the BBQ and outdoor table. The main living area could really use an air conditioner.

It was easy to find the LJ Hooker office. However the receptionist did not know about the parking for the property, so i had to work that out.

There were so many keys and different doors, not really easy access.

Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/plates etc

Standard of cleanliness was average
