Ramada by Wyndham Albuquerque Airport

Airport shuttle was not available during the hours that were posted. Woke up at midnight to water dripping from light above tub, no maintenance staff available to check what the issue was, only option was to pack up and get key to another room from front desk.

Quiet, uneventful night, however in morning when I went out to breakfast, there was a homeless man waking up next to trashcan under the stairs.

Checking in the young lady was sweet and very nice. The room was ok once we got in. The top sheet has s stain on it and the couch and sude table had seen better days. Bed was super comfortable, but had to ask for a fourth pillow since the three we had were small. Sheets were decent quality. However it seemed like everyone was hanging out right out side the room. We heard everyone's conversations, coughs, sneeze, and other bodily functions. A little high for 80-95$ range. Felt more like 50-60$ for what is worth. The breakfast was decent and the staff were very nice.

Place is clean, safe and convenient

Your customer service representative at check in was the most non personable hotel attendant I have encountered in awhile. And I travel a lot to know good service. Also she didn't return my ID when I checked in. I didn't find out about my ID until I was doing a last minute check before my flight. When I went to retrieve it, the new front desk attendant was very pleasant. When she went to open the drawer to look for my ID there were at least 15 other IDs that were in the drawer. Maybe this is a problem at your hotel? Please clue in your front staff.

Easy place to get to from interstate. Clean and spacious. Hot water for showers

Property didnt have Airport Shuttle, open swimming pool and jacuzzi. Looks are deceiving.
